Resolve Violation

The Nelson Hill Homeowners’ Association encourages homeowners and property management companies to promptly address and correct any violations issued against a property.

To close out a violation, the homeowner and/or property management company must submit proof of the completed work to the HOA. Proof may include photographs, receipts, contractor documentation, or other information that clearly demonstrates the violation has been corrected. Documentation should be submitted to the following whenever possible.

  • PayHOA
  • Emailed to info@nelsonhillhoa.com
  • Form below to submit work.

The HOA will review the submitted documentation and determine whether the violation has been satisfactorily corrected. A violation will remain open until the HOA confirms that the required corrective action has been completed.

Please note that the homeowner is responsible for all fines incurred as a result of non-compliance, including fines that may accrue while a violation remains unresolved. Correcting a violation does not automatically waive, remove, or reverse fines that have already been assessed.
