Nelson Hill is a Homeowners Association (HOA), which means the community is governed by a set of rules known as Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs). These guidelines help maintain the quality and appearance of the neighborhood for all residents. You should have received a Community Addendum from your closing attorney or real estate agent outlining these details. Please review the information below to get started.

Below, you’ll find a list of companies responsible for services such as electricity, water, waste collection and internet. This information is provided to help residents easily identify and connect with the appropriate providers for their household needs.

Homeowner Contact Information Update

To get started, we are required to maintain certain information about homes in the neighborhood. For each property, we request at least one mailing address, one email address, and one telephone number. You may provide additional contact information if desired.
