Availability of Electronic Proxies
Homeowners will receive a mailed version or electronic notice if registered on PayHOA as of records based on 10/10/2026 and include a QR Code / Link to the Online Proxy. Out of an abundance of caution, Homeowners who lose the link / QR Code and wish to submit an electronic proxy must submit an email to the HOA (info@nelsonhillhoa.com) with the
Subject Line: Electronic Proxy Request, or utilize the Contact Us Section.
